No longer a Parent/Guardian or Organiser
My child is now 16 and I no longer want to be her Parent/Guardian or Organiser. How do I change this?

Somebody has to the the Family Sharing Organizer or else you have to disband the family group entirely. To change Organizer you have to disband the family entirely and form another one with a new Organizer. If your child is above a threshold age for the country where you live (typically 13) they should be able to leave on their own, or you can remove the child from the family group.
