Unable to text in family group chat on iPhone 14 Pro

I have the same problem with a group chat and the text box not showing on my other devices (ipad , mac)

But got it back on my iphone 14 (running 26.0.1)

Try a hard reset (volume up, volume down, power button till apple logo) ,

In settings>apps>messages : changing the imessage send and receive to just your number...(then later on add your email)

Have a friend send a message through sms (their data) in the group chat instead of wifi (blue),

And on iphone I tried to delete my remaining extra contact in the group chat and deleted the email,

from one of those steps somehow the text box reappeared back on the iphone. I hope it works..please update us here if it does…it seems to be an increasing issue with the recent update
