Feedback on macOS update issues with Safari and slow

I am having a few issues with the most recent OS update on my Mac. Slow website loading and the new Safari sidebar are annoying. Is there any way for me to provide feedback to Apple?

iMac 27″, macOS 15.7

Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?

No third party antivirus software has been installed. I learned that lesson on my other Mac.
