Cannot edit metadata for imported MP3s in Apple Music

I have a whole host of audiotapes that I'm translating into MP3 format. These recordings obviously do not come with any media identification, so importing them into Apple Music just leaves each track labelled as Unknown Artist/Album/Song. Hardly helpful.

Since Apple Music does not seem to allow me to change Artist or Album names, can anyone recommend an alternative Music player for MP3s?
