Gift card purchase issue in Pokerist game for non-Apple support users

Hello, my purchase with a gift card was only in the pokerist game and no changes occurred. My gift card code is added to my account. I only encounter this message at the last part of the purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot use any Apple support. Apple support does not include my country.
