I have a repeat message to sign into my Apple account. I can’t do it on the watch as it won’t recognise my writing and when I go to the app on my iPhone and into my Apple account it doesn’t show where to enter my password. Help please?

Did you try to type the Apple Account password on the keyboard on your iPhone?
Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.
Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple Account password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
