Cannot get Universal Control to work on iMac i9. It's been upgraded to Sequoia 15.7.2. Below are my troubleshooting details. Any help?

What exactly are you trying to control with Universal Control? What is the other device here?
Also, please don't use images for your text, it's very hard to read. You can copy and paste text here.
If you go to Control Center, click on the Mirroring icon do you see the other device in the list there?
In Displays in System Settings, do you see a small [+ v] button dropdown?
