Spatial audio setting keeps on changing by itself

Hi all recently purchased my first set of AirPods Pro. I got the new 3rd version and so far enjoying pretty much everything. One issue I run into is that my Spatial Audio setting changes on its own. I don’t like head tracking so I keep it on fixed. I was was using Infuse then YouTube and then Apple Music on the iPad. I noticed Spatial Audio went to off on its own. I use the AirPods on my iPhone and iPad both running iOS / iPadOS 26. Is there any way set Spatial Audio to “on” and “fixed” on both devices?, or do I have to manually set it each time. Does it change based on media type or what app I’m using? TIA
