Notes app on iPhone 13 Pro is corrupted

there is no way for you to reproduce this issue. I just want to know if it can be prevented in the future.

My Notes files are suddenly inextricably combined with each other. Example: a Receipt hiding behind a photo and link to a Recipe. Recipe is gone. I have the unlabeled receipt instead of the recipe. The actual link for the receipt is gone and it is labeled as the recipe.

Also, I have tons of broken links in Notes that won't even open, which is how I found the receipt. I kept clicking a recipe and it took me to the Google search page instead of the recipe. So, I started checking other links to see if it was the only one. It wasn't

Is this caused by some recent update? I use Notes all the time and about once a month to pull up recipes in the kitchen. Should I expect Notes to become useless now? I have two years of saves to go through just to figure out what happened. Not thrilled about that.

I've noticed a change in the past 2 months wherein large complex documents (notes that include formatting and embedded links) are completely corrupting themselves after a certain limit is reached. I may be entirely out of line, but I have suspicion that some kind of limit was applied and now notes are 'fixing' themselves while allowing new content to be written and removing random content.

I am using a 14" MBP M1 Max and have my iPhone 13 Pro syncing together, all iCloud and nothing else for file storage.
