Apple Watch set with family sharing and won’t let me download apps

My iWatch was set up using family sharing and once I was finished setting it up, apps where downloading. Some apps downloaded but some didn’t. So I reset my watch and the apps disappeared. Now when I go to the App Store and try to download them it says, requires iPhone. Now I don’t have an iPhone my watch was set up using my dad’s iPhone. All I have is an iPad. I have tried downloading them on my iPad and turned on automatic downloads, they still didn’t download on my watch. My dad’s phone on the watch app didn’t show an available app section. I just don’t know what to do. Some of these apps are literally also only compatible with iWatch! Please try to help me.
