Failing to receive OTP

Hello,

I’m in Tanzania using Tigo network (+255). Since around 28 October 2025, Apple ID verification codes fail with the message “Verification codes can’t be sent to this phone number at this time.”

This coincides with TCRA’s new enforcement on SMS Sender ID registration. Please confirm if Apple’s SMS route to Tanzania is registered under the new TCRA Sender ID rules, and when support for Tanzanian carriers will resume.
