Add to wallet no longer contains pass option.

This is for the new iPhone 17 pro.

iOS 26.1

I tried to add my health insurance card to my wallet. I no longer see the option to add a pass. The add option only has: credit card, driver license, etc..

Even when I go to Photos and click on the photo of the health insurance card I’m unable to add to wallet from there. I also tried from email with the card as an attachment. But the option to add to wallet is not there.
