Apple Watch Series 7 stuck in boot loop

My Apple Watch Series 7 started to boot loop 12 hours after I updated to WatchOS 26.1, I was on the notifications screen and used my palm to put it back into AOD time, soon after it started boot looping only showing the lock screen before restarting over and over again, I just got it to factory reset only now it refuses to pair and thus started boot looping again.
