iTunes Store unable to process payments with new ATM card

Pls I want to make a complain about my iTunes Store account, I have added a new payment method with my new ATM card, I can’t use it to make payments because anytime I want to, it keeps telling me iTunes unable to process

Can you try to use an Apple Gift Card instead?

What you can buy with your Apple Gift Card or Apple Account balance - Apple Support
