Playlist covers disappeared on macbook

Hi guys, like this title says, my playlist covers won't show up no matter what. i have changed them, and they change back to grey within a minute. My covers still show up on my phone but not on my macbook for some reason. They also still show up on my profile on my laptop and if i press 'show in apple music' i can see the cover just not in my library... Does anyone know how to fix this?
