What? I had a refund and it declined TWICE

i had applied for a refund because of YouTube’s weird scheme thing. I do not trust free trial at all because they ALWAYS scheme in some type of way. Why did YouTube say “free trial” or first month free and charged me immediately.. I even took a picture because I knew how they be charging immediately
