"block" is no longer a contextual option in

A few days ago I deleted a few thousand emails. Today I notice that the option to "Block" the sender of an email is no longer there. When right clicking on an email in the inbox list, or anywhere else, a contextual menu shows items like Mark as Read, mOve to Inbox, Delete, etc. It also used to show "Block". Now it does not. Any thoughts?
