Recover permanently deleted photos from iCloud after syncing with iPhone

Sorry but they are most likely gone. Photos are not saved to an iCloud backup when using iCloud Photos because that would double the amount of storage space you would need in iCloud. You would have needed to save those in another location as a backup yourself.

Please don't post your email address on a public website. That can just lead to phishing messages and scams where someone may send you an email claiming to be from Apple, and really are just looking to compromise your account. I have asked to moderators to redact it, so that does not happen to you.

You have to contact Apple Support directly and ask for help. Perhaps they can still recover your photos from their own iCloud backup out of good will, if these photos are very important for you. But hurry, or Apple's backups will also be gone. explain, that you misunderstood how iCloud is working.

Permanent deletions mean it's permanent. Unless you have a backup else where these items are not recoverable. End of.

As explained in the terms of use you agreed to when you signed up, you’re not talking to Apple here. The people responding are Apple users like yourself. That's what this forum is - users reaching out for assistance, assistance being given by other Apple users. We have no way of contacting an "iCloud Date Recovery team", or even know if such a thing exists.
