Should the VLANs in Settings / WiFi / My Networks have a button pop up with mouseover?

Im macOS 15.7.2 I see such a button. Clicking it deactivates the currently active VLAN, and selects and activates the VLAN chosen from Known Networks. This allows easy changing among three VLANs created with Ubiquiti UniFi 4.3.9, Network 9.5.21.

In iOS 18.7.1 connected to the same Ubiquiti LAN, the same VLANs are displayed but the <Change> popup button never appears. Simply clicking the VLAN appears to initiate the beginning of changing to the selected VLAN, but connection of the newly selected VLAN is unsuccessful and the active VLAN reverts to the currently selected VLAN.

It seems Settings / WiFi / Known Networks as implemented in iOS cannot activate the method needed to change the active VLAN. Lacking the <Change> popup button may mean no user interface is provided to send the needed method. This looks to me like a bug in iOS.

Have I missed something? Is there a way to use Settings / WiFi in iOS to change the selected VLAN?

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 18
