Hello, we are having problem with the update of the hallmark card program that was released in October 2025. Our copy and paste on the program does not work. Do you have any solutions for this?

Any update to fix a bug will have to come from the Developer, Apple cannot do that. As you know they went for quite a stretch where the app did not work at all, and finally provided an update so it would work again, but clearly not without bugs.
