Apple watch notifications for messages and mail not consistent
since October 2019 - through all troubleshooting via apple support to include senior advisors/genius bar etc, I have not been able to consistently receive message and/or mail notifications on my Apple watch. The current brand new hardware 17 Pro Max and Ultra 3, set up as new, no backups etc were used. I today tried to get a senior advisor to request engineering support to reset the APNs
registration tokens for my Apple ID • Push notification routing profiles and delivery records • Continuity
and WatchConnectivity pairing identities • Any corrupted push token or identity linkage to my phone
number This would include removal of any stale or misregistered push identities and full re-issuance of
notification credentials. BUT I WAS BASICALLY TOLD THERE IS NO WAY HE CAN DO THAT.
I have lived with this debacle since October 2019 and the best answer ever provided was wait for an update.
Any advice on how I can get my request done?
