Not getting most texts from group chat

I have a group chat for work and several months ago realised I was not getting like 90% of texts from it. It seems to be mostly my boss' I'm not getting, but she is not blocked, and we can text just each other perfectly fine.


I tried a few dozen things about a month ago, but I've forgotten most of what I did and none of it worked. I really have no idea what to check. I don't know if the problem is my phone or my boss'. I did switch from Public Mobile to Fizz sort of around the same time, but I don't know exactly when my problem started. It could definitely be related though. Any advice would be awesome!


What I remember trying:

Restarting

MMS is on

Group chat is on

Reset Network settings

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 18.7.1, Carrier is Fizz

You'll need to work this out with Fizz, your line needs to be provisioned by them to use MMS.

You pay Fizz a monthly fee which includes cellular data/sms/MMS.

This for sure has nothing to do with Apple or the ios.
