Paying Android users with Apple Pay
How do you pay somebody that has an android phone with your Apple Pay?

With Apple Cash, you don't. You would have to use another service that offers cross platform support for cash transactions. Venmo and Cash App are a couple that come to mind. You both would have to be using the same service. Apple Cash is not available on Android phones.
