Third-party Google account linked to iCloud.com causing confusion

By facts what makes very difficult situations . My question is simple and easiest to understand , in Google accounts my third party is icloud .com ,still not understand at all.

Now who stupid’s in asking my issues now ,my third party is iCloud.com ?Is that simple question or ignored it’s.
