Apple Watch 10 stops showing notifications after some time

It's hard to explain because I don't know exactly what's causing this. For example, after some hours the watch stops showing all the notifications I receive on my iPhone 13 Pro but the link seems to be still connected. Other times is after my phone runs out of battery and other times is just when I take off my watch.

The only way to fix this is by restarting my iPhone, I think this happens after the update to watchOS and iOS 26

I've tried to disable and enable the wrist detection and it doesn't fix this, also turning off bluetooth and wifi

Unpairing and setting the watch up as a new device, without using the latest backup would be the way to rule out defective data from the backup, would be the next step.
