Error code 1001 in iTunes store

I want to buy an album off iTunes for Windows but when I press buy and sign in with my apple account, I get this error. I have looked this up and people have said that you need to agree to the terms and conditions on an Apple device but the thing is, I don't own a sign Apple product (besides earpods). Is there anything I can do?
