Can't get notification on Apple Watch after phone have unlock or usage.

Is anyone else experiencing notification issues where you can’t receive notifications on both your Apple Watch and iPhone at the same time?

Here’s what I’m facing:

• Notifications only appear on my Apple Watch when my iPhone is locked.
• If my iPhone is unlocked—like when I’m playing games, watching videos, or connected to Apple CarPlay—the notifications don’t show up on the watch. The worst case is when CarPlay enables Driving Focus; then notifications will silently sent to Apple Watch without any notification or vibration.

This is frustrating because I might miss important messages in these scenarios. I contacted Apple Support, and they said I need to submit feedback and wait for an update to fix this issue.

Previously, when I used other ecosystems, I didn’t have this problem. I could choose:

• Watch only (by enabling Do Not Disturb on the phone)
• Phone only (by enabling Do Not Disturb on the watch)
• Both devices (by default)

Does anyone know a workaround or solution?
