Seems there would be several different ways you could achieve that, yet, for a long conversation, some methods would take much time and effort.
If it is just the photos you want, an easy way is to drag the photos from the Messages window to the Mac desktop, and e-mail them to yourself. Open the e-mail on the iPhone.
