Recovering deleted photos from iCloud on iPhone

I remember a while back, some photos from my icloud is deleted. There is one specific picture I have similar to possibly the one that been deleted. I don’t recall if it was duplicate of that photo or not. I need a way to recover this photo as it’s important to me. I know that most deleted pictures just end up translated encrypted files, is there way to reverse it and bring it back from the years? Apple, please create this recovery feature or something that can help me!

If the photo is no longer in the Recently Deleted album, the photo is permanently gone.

Encryption isn’t particularly involved in file (or photo) deletion.

Erasure is. Erasure is required before the storage can be reused, which makes erasure part of the deletion path..

You’ll need to find a copy that you previously made and stored somewhere else, if any copy of the photo exists.
