Unauthorized payment for app subscription on iPhone

Hi. I dowloaded app, but I didt made subscriptions. But thay took money from my account. How i can get that money back?

Did you start a Free Trial after downloading the app? That would require you to double click the side button on the Agreement screen, followed by Verification with FaceID/TouchID or Passcode.
