Can’t delete data from iCloud

I’m to delete some data from my iCloud to make room for more storage because this data was taking up 65% of my iCloud storage. It’s data from the Drafts app, and every time I go to delete it, doesn’t do it. Even after deleting the app from my iPhone and Mac, it still doesn’t get rid of it. I tried downloading the app again, and then resetting the iCloud storage settings, and while that did get rid most of the data, brought it down to 12% of iCloud storage, it’s still lingering there in my iCloud storage. I also tried deleting other iCloud storage like the Stickers data, and it worked. It’s just the Drafts data that won’t delete. I want to know why. Are there any solutions to my problem?
