Can not pair my iPhone 16 pro max with Mac mini (says Mac mini is not supported)

Macs and iPhones do not support Bluetooth pairing with each other. They do make use of Bluetooth to support some Continuity functions – but not in a pairing way.


What are you trying to do? Macs and iPhones can work together in many ways:


Macs based on M-series chips can also run iPhone and iPad apps - if the developers of those apps allow it. (Apps designed for iPhones and iPads may not be as well optimized for Macs as native apps, but some work well, and this gives you greater selection).
