I just updated my MacBook because Apple said to do cuz my applications kept crashing, and now I can’t even login, my mouse pad won't move and my keyboard won’t type, I have important stuff on this laptop and I can’t even get into it. if anyone knows how to fix this pls help, it won’t even let me boot in safe mode, if I can’t get back into this laptop

The fact applications kept crashing was probably a sign of impending hardware failure, which has now manifested in an inability to use its input devices (keyboard and trackpad).
If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support describes all the hindrances to being able to log in, but since you are unable to type or do anything else with that Mac means you will need to have it fixed.

Of course you may be able to use an external keyboard and mouse to log in, (any inexpensive USB devices can suffice) but the underlying hardware problem will still need to be addressed.
