Go to Settings on your iPhone.

Tap Mail.

Tap Accounts.

Select the email account that is having the issue.

Tap Account (under IMAP/POP).

Look for the password field for the Incoming Mail Server and re-enter your password (or App Password).

Go back and tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server.

Select the Primary Server.

Look for the password field there and re-enter your password (or App Password) again.

Tap Done or Account to save the changes and allow the phone to re-verify.
