AirPods Pro 2 tracking my Mac instead of iPhone

Apparently I track me and my family with my AirPods Pro 2. They are fairly new and I bought them completely new, directly from Apple. The problem is however that they say that my Mac (which I have another iCloud to), is the owner even though I have connected to my iPhone first. Both me and my family are getting these tracking messages
