Apple messages on my Mac will not sync with my iPhone or iPad. I can send from all three but not receive on the Mac

I get different messages on the iPhone or the iPad, and they stay in sync. But messages I send from my Mac don't show up on the iPhone or iPad, and messages from the iPhone or iPad don't show up on the Mac (Studio Mac).

Some contacts on the Mac also get "Not Delivered" messages, but work just fine on the iPhone.
