airpods pro 3 whistle noise

I got the AirPods Pro 3 literally today and fresh out the box they made whistling noises (like the ones AirPods Pro 2 do when they are severely damaged) idk if mines are damaged too or if it’s just the new tips that do this sounds, they just do it when pressing them not when giving them regular use
