Not being able to use phone numbers as iMessage in Nepal

Hi, I am using iPhone 16 pro with dual SIM cards in Nepal. I am not being able to use iMessage and Facetime with my phone numbers but both iMessage and Facetime work fine when I use email as an id. Any solution?

iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26

Not sure if this will help but sign out of both apps and sign back in.
