Well, you were hoping to record the audio, apparently. So, as Jeff Donald asked, how was the phone's audio set at

Settings>Camera>Record Sound--mono, stereo or Spatial Audio?

At the same place, how was Allow Audio Playback set, and Wind noise?

Try these (might fix new recordings):

Reset iPhone settings to their defaults (only settings not to factory defaults. Pay cards might removed so at least I need to have that info in another device so I didn't have to go to the bank to re-authorize them):

I went to a concert and recorded a lot of videos from the night, got home to play them and upload to social media and the sound is extremely Glitchy and can’t hear anything… it’s in and out no music just voices every now and then. So disappointing after paying so much money for a phone I wish I kept my iPhone 14 Pro Max it was so much better.

sound works fine watching other videos and receiving calls … just when recording music it doesn’t work.

And I also haven’t played with audio setting in the phone… I’ve tried playing the video on my laptop and it also has the same pore sound Quaility….

My audio is not working as well, it records with audio on everything but the camera volume works fine other videos uploaded the phone still play volume if I record a video on Instagram or TikTok, the volume works, but if I record any kind of video on my camera, the audio is completely gone. I’ve tried going into the setting setting it back to default playing around with all the different kind of audio settings. Nothing will work!!!!! I just got the phone today. So absolutely disappointed.

What audio were you trying to record, mono, stereo or Spatial Audio?
