Recovering iCloud, email, and Facebook accounts after a stolen iPhone with memory loss

I couldn’t remember any passwords at all for my email or my iCloud or my Facebook as I have had multiple strokes. And I missed the pictures I had in my iCloud. Can anybody help?

Original Title: I had my phone stolen and didn't know any passwords so I cannot get onto my Facebook or my iCloud from my old number. Can anybody help? I also lost the email password?

Please forgive me if you’ve read this for a second time. I had my iPhone stolen and I’ve got the password for my Apple account and my Facebook and email that long I could never retrieve them I have asked Facebook for help, but none was forthcoming. I have had multiple strokes. I’ve got some fantastic family photographs. I would love to save me boxing. If you can help, please please, you would make me so happy
