Unable to delete photos from iPhone and iCloud simultaneously on iPhone 15 Plus

I tried to unsync and sync the photos to icloud but it did not work.When i delete it on my iphone it doesnt delete on my iCloud and I don’t understand why.It works perfectly fine on my ipad(my ipad has a different apple ID) so please help me.
