Alogic ClarityPro Touch USB-C connectivity issue

Hi, I bought 2 Alogic ClarityPro Touch screens.

I can not get any Alogic screen to work in ‘touch mode’. They work with a HDMI connection. The USB-C connection is not being recognised and I therefore can not use the touch screen function. I have tried…

1.Alogic screens: source input/output not giving an option to be selected; Alogic touch driver downloaded and not recognising any screens when USB-C used; Alogic screen driver not recognising screens

2. USB-C cords (I tried 2 different Apple cords with two computers; every USB-C option on the Studio; & an external dock)

3. Mac Studio (I tried with my MacBook Pro laptop too & both screens separately). I think it’s either a Driver we need to download or simply a source input/output we need to select (noting it is not picking up the screens automatically using the USB-Cs).

It may be an Apple operating system issue (Tahoe is loaded on my Mac Studio; Sequoia my laptop and my iMac).

Any help would be appreciated
