Can I get a refund or replacement for wrong charger ordered from Apple?

I ordered 85W MagSafe 2 Power instead of 95W USB C Adapater by mistake. Now, I can't cancel my order and I already paid it thru debit card. I planned to return it as soon as the delivery driver go to our house. Will I get my refund or will Apple replace my order? It has the same price with what I really ant from Apple whichis 95W USB C Adapter.
