The Cloud Music Library can't be updated.

I somehow deleted my local music library from my Mac. Now I can’t restore it. The Music app isn’t syncing my playlists or favorite songs anymore. I get this error: The Cloud Music Library can't be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (502). Please try again later.
