I somehow deleted my local music library from my Mac. Now I can’t restore it. The Music app isn’t syncing my playlists or favorite songs anymore. I get this error: The Cloud Music Library can't be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (502). Please try again later.

Do you haver a local backup, like Time Machine?
My hunch is this is related to error 502 adding albums and songs - Apple Community – basically, it looks like there's an ongoing, intermittent problem here about which Apple don't seem to be quite as bothered as one might hope they'd be.
Not sure if this article will give you any clues on how to fix it but I'll post it just in case.
How to fix Updating Cloud Music Library Stuck Mac
I don't have a local backup but it's irrelevant. Because i get the same error on another mac. I can reach my library on my iphone or Web Player but i can't update it on a mac.
Same issue here with my MacBook. Tried restarting my laptop, turning off and on Sync, but Error 502 every time.
It was fixed by itself after 24 hours.
The Cloud Music Library can't be updated.
