Photos disappearing from new shared albums on iOS 26

Photos I put in new shared albums are disappearing after I put them in and I have tried all the so call fixes and not working still. I never had this problem until the new layout on iOS 26

When I make up a new photo shared album the photos just disappear shortly after making up the album and it’s not only me other family and friends have the same problem.
