How to make a photo into a sticker without the automatic cutout

Long story short the automatic cutouts are the most annoying thing on this device, because they never work correctly. How would one make a sticker WITH the whole photo (no cutout) There’s no way this is impossible because I’ve seen others do it

for reference it’s not supposed to put holes in his teeth and he’s supposed to have arms…
