Password broke while creating kid's account

I faced a strange error while setting up kid's account, at the step for password setup, something broke, and I did not manage to create it. Next, the account recovery process followed, but after waiting a week for the allowance to change the password, I could not do it because I did not know the old password. Has anyone faced a similar situation? And are there any solutions for this?
