iPhone Backup is not visible on new Phone

Hey there!

Sadly my old iPhone 12 Pro "Seidenschnabel" died unexpectedly, so I got myself the iPhone 15.

I wasn't worried about my Data because (at least most of it) is stored in the 33GB in my iCloud Backup.

As I started my new Phone, apparently there are two Backups from my Tablet "Trevor" in the iCloud, but no Update from my iPhone. I do not want to Backup with the Tablet-Data, because I still use this next to my Phones and have different data on.

While the iPhone-Backup is missing on the new phone, I can still see the "Seidenschnabel"-Backup on my old Phone (the one I have until the new one works) and I can see on iCloud.com that there is an update with 33GB in the cloud.

How can I download the "Seidenschnabel"-Backup-Data if it is in the Cloud but the iPhone 15 doesn't show the Backup when starting it? Or is there a way to load it over Mac, ...
