Not showing up on Bluetooth, I’ve reset the earbuds, turned my phone off, hit the forget this device and charged them. They aren’t showing up and I just bought them.

Recently had the exact same experience. I am unfortunately not able to help since I was totally lost and contacted Customer Support. They asked me to take a series of steps and resolved the problem. Sounds like you knew more about trying to fix the issue compared to my lack of technical know how. Wish I knew more and helpful
