not able to cancel free trial of apple arcade

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my apple arcade free trial.

When I get to the point where I need to confirm the cancellation, I have two buttons:

-keep subscription

-cancel the subscription

Only the "keep" subscription button works. When I click on the other, nothing happens.

Can anybody help?

I tried on PC and on android. same "bug"
